How online auctions work

What are you selling?

Done well, an auction is the most honest kind of transaction available.

Jennifer Davis, Principal Auctioneer

How a sale goes.

  1. You reach out.

Call, or send a few photos. If you wonder whether something is worth selling, ask before you haul it off.

  2. We come take a look.

The first consultation is free. You hear what fits an auction, what is better handled another way, and whether auction is the right method at all.

  3. We build the plan.

Everything is catalogued, timed and marketed. A full estate also gets a plan for the rest of the contents, so the building ends up empty and ready.

  4. We go to market and settle up.

More than one buyer competes in the open, and the market sets the price. Sold results stay on this site.

Where we work.

Williamson, Davidson, Rutherford and Maury counties, the rest of Tennessee, and online everywhere.

Franklin

Estate sales and auctions for Franklin houses, historic district homes and land along the Harpeth River.
